Fethard Badminton Club – Christmas Dinner Dance
The following images were scanned from some old proof sheets of photographs that survived
for over 60 years packed away in an old box. Luckily they survived, and thanks to the local lady who found them and passed them on to see if they were of any use. The following small selection were possibly taken at a Fethard Badminton Dance in the Town Hall, and appear to be from the early 1950s. Many of the people in these photographs can still be identified – although the images are not as good as the original photographs – they are still of great interest and we'd love to know any of the names of those photographed at the dance.
