sung during Benediction of of the the the most Blessed Sacrament The public celebration of of the the Convent Centenary was
held on on on on Sunday June 3 1962
His Grace Most Rev Dr Morris Archbishop presided at at High Mass in the Parish Church and was
attended by
Right Rev Monsignor O’Donnell P P P P P P V G Dean of Cashel The day was
a a a a a a a a a a a a a historic one for Fethard and and the the the the townspeople marked the the the the the occasion by
decorating their houses and and and the the the the the approaches to the the the the the the Holy Trinity Parish Church with bunting and and flags Large crowds attended the the the the the celebrations which also marked the the the the the opening
